Yes, We do offer COD on our every orders. You can easily place COD order from the checkout section.

Once you confirm your order and complete the payment/Cash On Delivery option you will get a confirmation email from P4 Mart. This email will include a unique order id, items you have selected, approximate shipping date, shipping method (chosen by you) and the total amount paid.

No. you can order products as a guest too. After clicking on Checkout button you have to click at ‘Checkout as Guest’, and then fill up the form and confirm your order. However, it’s useful to create an account to avoid repetitive filling of information, if you want to buy again in future. Also all people who register for an account will get regular email updates on new products and special offers including discount coupons, from time to time

P4 Mart offers you multiple options to pay in a highly secure environment. You can use your Debit Card| Credit Card| Net Banking to pay. We use an extremely secured payment gateway from Razorpay, one of the leading payment gateway providers in India. Our gateway partners use secured & highly encrypted technology to keep the transaction information confidential. You can also note the ‘https’ on the url of the transaction page, which conveys a secure transaction.

No. Quoted Price on our web pages is the final price including all taxes; but do not include shipping. When you place order and go to the cart, you can see the VAT/Tax breakup of the item, which is purely for information only. Shipping charges are applicable according to the product’s weight and mode of transport. Shipping charges are displayed in the shopping cart. Sometime it is completely FREE!! Enjoy.

We accept all kind of credit and debit card of all banks – be it Visa/MasterCard/American Express or UPI.

Yes! We do understand our customer’s safety. Thus we use 256-bit encryption technology to protect customers’ card information during transaction. All transactions go through a secured payment gateway. In addition, as per RBI guidelines, all credit card transactions have to go through an addition 3D Secure Password service, which makes the transaction even more secure.

You need to click on ‘My Account’ section to know the order status. Here, you will find ‘Order’ section and by clicking it, you will be able to track your order.

Shipping charges completely depends on weight of the product and type of transport. Surface and Air transport are the two modes used by us. More than 90% of Indian PIN codes are serviced by us for surface transport. Air Transport charges are much higher but can be used for urgent shipping needs and is limited to the serviceability of logistics partners. Sometime shipping charges are completely FREE. Enjoy!!

The estimated delivery time is 3 – 5 business days for surface transport and 2 days for air transport.

To ensure the finest service, we get the assistance of trust-worthy courier companies, who work very hard round the clock. Once the parcel is dispatched, an email will be sent to you, containing the name of the courier service provider along with tracking details. Our preferred courier companies are DTDC, FEDEX, Delhivery and The Professional Courier.

In case you want to return an item which is defective on arrival, please contact our customer services. Based on the product/your comfort, we will either arrange the principal’s maintenance people to visit your premises for rectification/replacement of the product. Or, the defective product can be shipped back to us, after due acknowledgment of our customer services team and we shall provide you with a new replacement product. All shipping costs in this case will be borne by us.

In case you (client) want to return any new & unused item, please contact our customer services for a return authorization. The product/packaging is to be returned to us in original with complete contents and no tampering. Once your return is accepted, we will issue a credit note for the amount of returned good; which can be adjusted to purchase a new product now or in future. All shipping costs for return of items and resending new item in lieu will have to be borne by you and paid upfront.

All returns have to be informed within 48 hours of receipt of goods; otherwise we will not be liable for return/exchange.

Given the nature of goods that we supply, we can only exchange the goods or supply you with Credit Note for future purchase.

When the return is approved, a credit note/reward points for the amount of returned item will be issued/given respectively that can be used to buy a new product. All shipping charges for returning the product and resending new item in lieu will have to be paid by you in advance.

In an unlikely event that any ordered product from our site is not in a good condition or defective or damaged or packaging is tampered or different from what was ordered, the item can be returned, in its original condition with original packaging, bill, price tag intact, warranty cards, user manual and accessories received with the product. All shipping charges will be borne by us. Our executive will provide you a receipt when receiving the product and you are advised to keep it for future use. Exchange of the product will completely depend on stock availability.
